Big telescope, small puzzle

Happy 25 puzzles!!

My very first puzzle on this blog was a James Webb Space Telescope-inspired puzzle called Mirror Images. It was a huge undertaking that used hexagons instead of squares for the grid, and the fill was unsurprisingly terrible. I posted it anyway because I thought it was pretty cool that I got it to at least somewhat work. I decided recently that the idea would work better on a smaller scale, and I realized that the actual Webb mirror shape made a great mini crossword! So here is a tiny puzzle inspired by a huge telescope. Happy solving!

About

Hello! I'm Elise. I'm from Upstate New York, USA, but I live in Toronto. I construct puzzles based on science and technology that I find interesting, and sometimes other stuff as well. I like to think that my February 2023 New York Times debut led to a spike in physics-related google searches, but I have no evidence to back this up. I mostly publish in indie outlets, so if you enjoy my puzzles, please support them! They can and will go away if you don't. :,(
